THUNDERSTORMS DELAY DRUID BOOK LAUNCH ON TARA.

THE WISDOM OF THE IRISH DRUIDS book launch on the Hill of Tara is postponed to August bank holiday due to risk of thunderstorms and downpours tomorrow, the longest day.

In the meantime the book, which features ancient Kilkenny, is available from the Kilkenny Book Centre, High Street, Kilkenny city. Author signed copies are available from Khan's bookshop in James Street - while you can enjoy a coffee while you browse the book at the William Street cafe/book shop.

The book will now be launched as Irish druids celebrate the Festival of Lughnasadh on bank holiday monday, August 7th with music, song and dance on Ireland's royal and ancient hill.

I will tell you all you need to know to get your figure looking marvellous, all about the fabulous underwear foundations available, where to get them, how to put them on, wear them & quickly get used to it all with the minimum of fuss. No woman was ever born to be fat - here I'll prove it, showing you the tricks of the stars. 

Today's girls would not know about girdles. The only thing to know is the secret of training yourself to be able to happily wear the tightest of girdles all day, every day, without a problem. 

You must get measured to your exact size in a girdle, or google how you can do that yourself. 

When you put on your girdle, remember not to hold your stomach in, but to let it go, and let the front panel of your girdle hold it up from now on. Same with your bottom - let your girdle hold it up too. Let the girdle hold up your entire middle, just sink into your girdle and let it do all the work from now on!

When fastening suspenders, always do up your back suspenders first, making sure your girdle is down under your bottom holding it up. Then,   make sure your girdle is well up over your belly completely flattening it.
