When you put on your girdle, remember not to hold your stomach in, but to let it go, and let the front panel of your girdle hold it up from now on. Same with your bottom - let your girdle hold it up too. Let the girdle hold up your entire middle, just sink into your girdle and let it do all the work from now on!
When fastening suspenders, always do up your back suspenders first, making sure your girdle is down under your bottom holding it up. Then, make sure your girdle is well up over your belly completely flattening it.
